Stop losing enquiries to guesswork.

PropNovi ranks your own negotiators by how they actually convert — by patch, price band and property type — then tracks every handoff through to a result.

How it works

Four steps, from a new enquiry to a tracked result.

1

Enquiry arrives

From Rightmove, Zoopla, your website or a phone call — everything lands in one place instead of scattered across an inbox.

2

PropNovi ranks your team

By patch coverage, price-band history, property type and current workload — not gut feel or whoever happens to be free.

3

A manager assigns

The reasoning behind every ranking is visible, and any assignment can be overridden — overrides improve future matches, not treated as errors.

4

Tracked to a result

Every handoff is followed through to a sale, a loss, or a client asking to change agent — so nothing quietly goes cold.

Built with oversight in mind

UK GDPR now requires genuine human review of automated decisions, under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 — that's the standard this is designed around, not an afterthought.

👁

Reasoning, not a black box

Every AI ranking shows the factors behind it — patch coverage, price-band history, property type, capacity — so a manager can actually evaluate the recommendation, not just accept it.

A human always decides

Any assignment can be overridden by a manager, for any reason. Overrides are logged and used to improve future matches — they're signal, not treated as errors.

🔒

Data protection by design

A GDPR Data Protection Impact Assessment is completed before any live client or agent data is processed, with ICO registration in place ahead of launch.

Built for two different jobs

One platform, two separate views — an operational console for agencies, and comparative data for the people deciding what to buy or build next.

Area-by-area comparisons — price trends, rental yield ranges, days to sell — compiled from multiple published sources. Comparative information, never advice.

Questions

The ones we're asked most often, answered straight.

No — this is a pre-launch prototype demonstrating the concept and the reasoning behind it. The Phase 1 build begins once funding is in place.

Agents are ranked by their own historical conversion data — patch coverage, price-band history, property type, current workload. A new agent without history yet uses a starter profile, completed by them or a supervisor, until real outcomes build up.

Yes, always, for any reason. Overrides are logged and used to improve future matches — they're treated as signal, not errors.

Multiple published sources — HM Land Registry, Rightmove, Zoopla and others — compiled and compared. It's informational, not personalised advice, and never recommends a specific property.

An AI compliance hub and AR-assisted viewings are Year 2 and Year 3 roadmap items — not part of this build, and not claimed as such.

Integration is planned sequenced by customer, starting with whichever system the first agency already uses — likely Reapit, Alto or Street. Not every integration is built at once.

This is Phase 1 of a phased build

Matching, follow-up tracking and investor intelligence come first. A compliance hub and virtual-viewing tools are roadmapped for later phases — shown honestly as not yet built.
